Each year we are reminded of how many organizations are in need, which makes choosing beneficiaries difficult. This years beneficiaries are: Rotary's Bike of Shoes, Polio Plus, The Braille Institute, High Desert Memorial Hospital Foundation, Morongo Basin Historical Society, Unity Home, Yucca Valley Scholarship Fund, Yucca Valley Elks, Theatre 29, Joshua Tree Tortoise Rescue, Reach Out Morongo Basin, High Desert coalition for Adult Literacy, And High Desert Pregnancy Clinic. All these fine organziations will have a display at the festival
You can support these organizations by givng the charity of your choosing a "Rotary Buck" (cash works too). You earn "Rotary Bucks" through purchases such as wine, cheese, and orchids. You get your first rotary buck for just walking throught the door.
